Rules & Regulations

1. All participants must have a waiver signed and on file. Skaters under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. If the waiver is downloaded from our website by skaters under 18 years of age and a responsible adult will not be present during their first visit, the waiver must be notarized. No exceptions.
    
2. All participants must wear shoes and an extreme sport helment(properly strapped on) at all times, NO EXCEPTIONS. ABCD Extreme, Inc. (dba. The X-Park @ Phoenix Crossing) strongly recommends additional safety equipment be worn (ie. knee, elbow, wrist, and other padding).
    
3. Participants(parents, if under 18) should always check the condition of their gear to make sure it is in safe working order.
    
4. Participation is at your own risk.
    
5. Only one person per bike or skateboard.
    
6. No skating or biking in parking lot or on the sidewalks, handrails or steps.
    
7. Participation is permitted only during designated hours.
    
8. Park area is closed during inclement weather, and/or at the discretion of management.
    
9. Reckless or dangerous participants will be removed from the skatepark and premises immediately.
    
10. All injuries whether major or minor in nature, are to be reported to the management immediately. In case of a serious injury, do not move the injured person and all participation in that area shall immediately cease. It is the the participant's responsibility to report to management any unsafe condition that could or may result in injury to themselves or others.
     
11. Lock all personal belongings in your car or leave them at home. ABCD Extreme, Inc. (dba. The X-Park @ Phoenix Crossing) is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
     
12. No chewing gum in the park: no food, beverage, or glass in the skate(riding) area of the park for any reason, unless accompanied by a member of The X-Park staff.
     
13. Spectators and patrons of the park should never enter the skating (riding) area of the park for any reason, unless accompanied by a member of The X-Park staff.
     
14. Staff has the right to deny entry of a participant if they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or there is evidence of attempts to circumvent established safety or demonstrate conduct that will be unacceptable to users in the park.
     
15. Due to insurance restraints, children under the age of 7 will not be permitted in the park.
